French Cooperation

The French Cooperation, part of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, is carrying out concrete actions on a daily basis to express France’s solidarity with developing countries. Its operations concentrate on essential sectors such as education, health, basic infrastructures and water management. They encourage the development of economic activity. Finally, they support environmental protection, both globally, through the Global Environment Facility, and locally, through projects and support for non-governmental organisations.
