Approach

The Uganda country case study was launched the first week of March. It was led by Zainab Birungi, a national consultant affiliated with the Sustainable Development Centre.

The questionnaire was distributed and 20 interviews were conducted in March.  The approach used a modified form of the questionnaire agreed at the January 2008 meeting of the User Guide International Panel.
